Refund & Cancellation Policy
All subscription payments, promotional renewals, monthly charges, overage fees, and card verification fees are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. Tushe OS does not issue cash refunds, charge reversals, or prorated credits once a charge has been successfully processed.
1. 14-DAY FREE TRIAL CANCELLATION
1.1. Paid subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) include an initial 14-day free trial upon tokenizing a valid Nigerian debit card via Paystack.
1.2. Zero-Charge Cancellation Window: You may cancel your subscription at any time during the 14-day trial via your cockpit dashboard (/dashboard/billing). If you cancel prior to the expiration of Day 14, ₦0 will be billed to your card for subscription fees, and your trial access will conclude.
1.3. If you do not cancel before the trial concludes, your account will be automatically billed the promotional rate (80% of standard fee) for Month 1.
2. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY POST-CHARGE
2.1. Once a subscription charge or renewal is processed, no cash refunds or partial refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including:
- Disappointment with customer negotiation volume or retail sales closing rates.
- Failure to configure product catalogs or price ladders properly.
- Attempting to cancel after 12 days, 15 days, or any time post-charge.
- Meta WhatsApp API temporary downtime or internet network outages.
3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION & ACCESS DURATION
3.1. When you cancel an active paid subscription, your account status immediately transitions to canceled_at_period_end.
3.2. Continued Access Until Expiry: You retain complete, uninterrupted access to your autonomous sales engine, catalog, live customer inbox, and Paystack settlement payouts until the exact final second of your paid monthly billing cycle.
3.3. No further automated renewal charges will be executed on your tokenized card after period end.
4. BILLING MITIGATION 1: 3-DAY GRACE PERIOD
4.1. If a renewal payment fails (e.g. insufficient funds or bank network downtime), Tushe OS does NOT immediately terminate or suspend your autonomous sales agent.
4.2. The autonomous billing engine activates an automated 3-day (72-hour) grace period:
- AI Autonomy Remains Active: Tushe continues negotiating, taking orders, and generating Paystack payment links so your business does not lose revenue.
- Automated Retries: Up to 3 retry charges are executed spaced across 72 hours, timed for 9:00 AM WAT when commercial banks process payroll and liquidity updates.
- WhatsApp Merchant Alerts: Actionable alerts are dispatched directly to your personal WhatsApp with a secure link to update your card details.
5. DAY 0 TOKENIZATION VERIFICATION CREDIT
5.1. Paystack requires a nominal verification charge (typically ₦50 or ₦100) to validate card authenticity and generate the reusable tokenized authorization_code.
5.2. Non-Refundable in Cash: In compliance with our strict financial policy, this verification charge is non-refundable in cash.
5.3. Invoice Credit: 100% of the tokenization fee is automatically credited as a discount deduction on your Month 1 subscription billing invoice.
